My name is Eliot, and I am a movement therapist. I have spent the last 5 years in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, learning and absorbing all things movement, Inspirational notes from the universe are the first thing I use to begin my day. 

My morning routine varies based on my work schedule, but generally I try to exercise my body through movement and stretching, breathing and rib cage expansions, and me
